Contact your agent or the policy services dept. for your insurance company to get the answer to this question.
You're insurance should not go up if this is your first time and as long as you pay the ticket. But you can contact your insurance company and find that out with them
Last time I checked it was 7 years. If it's your first ticket ever it doen't count against you.
This may vary from state to state. In Mass, you have to have insurance in order to register a car (the insurance company has to stamp the registration form)
This will depend on what type of insurance and what the reason was for the premium being raised. If your auto insurance was raised because of an accident, ticket etc then the rules of the company and/or the state will drive the answer. In CA an accident is generally not counted against you after three years, a ticket after five. A DUI would be longer. Homeowners
statue of limitations for filing suit against bad faith disability payments
I I believe it takes 18 months for the ticket to to used against you for insurance purposes. Unfortunately the insurance companies can view it for up to 5 years. I hope the helps answer your question. Drive safely my friends :-)
3 years with many insurance companies.
Yes as long as your policy was active when the accident happened.
they say 3 years but insurance companys will always use it against you even if they say there not
They will have a pink card stating the insurance company on it still, as long as the accident happened in the one day they were insured.
The registered owner of the vehicle can, the driver of the vehicle (as long as they have no ownership interest) can not. Right ticket, wrong recipient.
