Press and hold the MODE button.
The watch will go into the new mode after about 3 secs.
Keep pressing the MODE button, past the other settings until you reach the time. Then when the hour/min etc. blinks use the buttons (top and bottom) on the other side of the watch to scroll the numbers up and down.
