Trouble code P1860 means: TCC PWM Solenoid Circuit
I know this sounds strange, but replace the ignition switch (not the lock cylinder/where the key goes) it's about $120 - $170 depending on the parts store you get it from but low voltage from the switch seems to effect the Transmission....
They all are problems with the transmission. Torque converter solenoid, 1-2, 2-3 shift solenoids, etc. It's fairly uncommon for all of them to go out at once. I wouldn't know where to begin looking for a problem on that transmission.

Replace your thermostat whenever you replace the coolant and service the cooling system. Also replace it if you suspect it is sticking.
