∙ 13y agoThe best way to remove motor oil from leather is to use leather cleaner. You can also try to use Oxy-clean.
Apply saddle soap or similar conditioner to the jacket and let it dry overnight, then take mink oil and apply that over the jacket, this should restore the suppleness to the leather, aswell as restore some color to the jacket.
If you just spilled the oil you can dry it up using flour or talcum. If it is an old spot there is actually nothing to do for it...you better get inspired from the latest trends in reusing and cut your jacket making out of it a bag!
