it really depends on the condition, i own a 1949 farmall cub, i got it in ok condition, it needed some restoration, and it was 1500 dollars.
these tractors were made from 1948 to 1951 only four years ,my To-20 is a 1949 with serial number 12546 and if i was to make an educated guess id have to say your tractor is about a 1950 ish or most likely a 1951 ,,hope i have helped ,good luck and happy tractoring
