As part of your policy, there is a "Policy Schedule" section where all your benefits are explained. If you don't have a copy of your policy, your agent or company can provide a copy.
For any type of policy you need to ask your Insurance company for a copy if you have lost or mislaid it.

You can ask the original title agency that issued the Policy for a duplicate or their Underwriter. They may or may not charge for the extra copy.
