If its an original radiator there may not be a drain plug on it and pulling the bottom hose will achieve the same result (and mess). The bottom hose is no fun regardless of your skill level. a bottom hose on a car is usually a radiator, a bottom pipe on a car is usually exhaust
There's a top hose (the one on top) and a bottom hose. (the one on the bottom) There is no main hose.

Look on top of the radiator and follow the hose from the radiator to the thermostat housing. Look on the bottom of the radiator and follow the hose up to bottom of the block.

according the repair manual the thermostat is located on the bottom of the waterpump. You can access it underneath the front of the car. follow the radiator hose coming off the bottom of the radiator.
The evaporator drain hose is in front of the center console at the bottom... if you pull back the carpet just to the right of the accelerator pedal, you'll see a white fitting pressed into the driveshaft tunnel with the hose connected. The hose runs to the bottom of the evaporator housing. From under the car, the outlet is hidden by a heat shield for the catalytic converter. Bend back the right front corner of the shield to access the drain.
The lower radiator hose is located at the bottom of the radiator.
