It depends on the engine and the drive. If it's a 4.6L V8 with 2-wheel drive, you'll get anywhere from 18 to 20 mpg. If it's a 5.4L V8 with 4-wheel drive, you'll get 14 to 16 mpg. Ford is the best truck anyway, so just stick with a Ford.... :D
