Well in the games there are many summons with the ability hell fire usually all are ifrit but i dont believe that any one of them has hell firaga o.o belias had the ability firaja in FF XII but only when u fought with him. regular firaga can be found in FF9 from getting the octigon staff for vivi, in FF10 u get it on the sphere grid in the lower right corner i believe, FF8 u can stock it from many enimes later in the game FF12 u get it from the Town of Balfonheim, and in FF13 i havent gotten it yet but u get it from the ravenger job in the crystarium hope something helped
