∙ 12y agoNO. Depends on the year. On the pre-fuel injected motors, all Chevy V-8 engines used the same distributor. Use some common sense, a 1968 distributor is not the same as a 1980, but you get the idea. Use one from the same era as your vehicle.
1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2 same as the firing order
It should be the same as the small block.18436572.
There is no difference in the fireing orders on a 305 or 350, All small block and big block chevys wire the same. 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 clockwise on the distributor cap. They are the same.
305 is the same distributor as a 350 will even fit some big block chevy's.
mine did same, it was the distributor caps , try replacing both caps, car has 2 . G L
You need to know the firing order of the engine. Answer 2 The same as the firing order - 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2. #1 is toward the front of the distributor and slightly to the left (passenger's side). All small block and big block Chevys have the same firing order except for certain marine engines and 1 or 2 oddballs. (BTW - distributor rotation is clockwise)
I had to replace my block heater on my 89 Accord and the plug/location for the heater is in behind the distributor. I had to remove the distributor from the engine block and then removed the old block heater. It is an easy do it yourself job but you have to be carefull to reinstall the distributor exactly the same way it came out. .
The large block has more mass than the small one. Same principle with rocks.
THESE LETTERS ARE LARGE CAPS. Small caps are the same, only they are the height of lower case letters. They can be used for various affects for graphic design. The same affect can be acquired by putting the first letter in the sentence in 12 point and the rest of the letters in 10 or 8 point and using all caps.
Pontiac uses same block no small or big, Chevy describes their engines small or big
There is no "small block" , "big block" with Pontiac engines. The physical size is the same from 326ci to the 455.
