This job takes alot of time and patience. First remove the glovebox insert and the ECM. Next remove the lower heater box, should be one screw and two tabs that slide. Then take off the cowl vent at the windshield on the outside of the truck. After disconnecting the heater core and ac lines from under the hood, remove the bolt on the passenger side of the truck under the dash on the side to allow the dash some play. There are four to six screws under that cowl vent that hold the whole thing in. Dont forget to unhook the power and ground wire from your fan and all other wiring connectors from the housing. That whole huge thing has to come out and then just take the box apart and replace. Sometimes you may have to drop the steering column, but I managed without it. I have a 94 fullsize blazer and am doing my best to not have to remove that coil.
