17056 - cyl 2 Glow Plug Circuit (Q11) Electrical Fault
P0672 - 35-10 --- Intermittent
It's a problem with the glow plug or the harness leading to it. Verify that the electrical connectors are fully seated. Intermittent is usually a connection or worn wire.

∙ 14y agoThis is a problem with the speedometer, not with the engine.
Do you have check engine light? If not you have an electrical problem within the speedometer assembly.
Have electronic vehicle speed sensor in transmission checked out. It will cause loss of speedometer function and set a fault code(check engine light).
Having the speedometer jump and the engine stall in the 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo could be a problem with the idle and the transmission. The transmission slipping can cause the speedometer to jump.
That sounds like a problem within the engine control module or possibly the wiring,
Take it to Autozone and have it read the codes if it is OBD2 (1996 and newer) if not to see if the check engine light is related to the speedometer problem disconnect the negative battery cable and hold the brake down for about a minute. This should turn the check engine light off. If it does drive it to see if the speedometer works. If it does they are related somehow, if it still doesn't then it must be two separate problems.
Have vehicle scanned to determine the problem
? The speedometer cable attaches to the transmission, not the engine. Please try again with more info.
If the abs and check engine lights are on there is a problem. Both computers should have codes stored in there memories. Have the codes read. You can then diagnose the cause.
NO....DO NOT use that stuff or any block sealer. They are horrible for your engine. They only temporarly solve the problem and can increase the damage you do to your engine.
for the check engine light go to autozone and they will diagnose your engine for free as for the speedometer you will proobably have to replace the speed sensor
If it's old enough to have a mechanical speedometer, it'll be in the speedometer itself. If it has an electronic speedometer, there is no speedometer gear - to recalibrate the speedometer to match something like, say, changing tire size would require changing the parameters in the engine ECM.
