hi


from few days ago ... i tried to connect to Yahoo messenger and it says password incorrect

i did the login from mail.yahoo.com and it says pass incorrect too.

i tried to reset my password and it says " YOUR PASSWORD CANT BE RESET ONLINE , CONTACT YAHOO COSTUMER CARE"

i contact them ... and confirmed that im owner of the account

they says this email as the last mail :

what should i do now? :(

i did not do anything illegal with my account ...
it was 2 or 3 years that i used that account for chatting with my friends in yahoo messenger :(

some one help me plz
