Typically this is caused by a dirty carburetor causing gas to leak through and into the crankcase.
If gas is coming out of the overflow tube on your CRF250R, it could be due to a stuck float in the carburetor. To fix this issue, try tapping lightly on the carburetor bowl to free up the float. If the problem persists, you may need to clean or replace the carburetor float valve.
No, get the floats re-adjusted in the carb.
Most likely, Your float is stuck in the carburetor. If it is stuck open gas will continue to flow into the carburetor bowl, then it will flow into the crank case and cause your oil level to rise. You need to take off your carburetor and adjust the float.
The most likely cause for gasoline in the oil is a defective carburetor float and/or needle valve. When defective they fail to completely stop the fuel flowing into the carburetor when the engine is stopped and sets for a week or so. The fuel slowly flows from the carburetor into the engines combustion chamber and eventually ends up in the crankcase with the oil. DO NOT run the engine with gas in the oil or it will be destroyed. Purchase a rebuild kit for the carburetor or bring it to a small engine shop and repair the problem. Change the oil, run for 10 minutes and then change it again to ensure there is no residual gas in the oil. Kevin
It will be just like pure gas, and won't hurt anything.
You have too much oil in your gas, that's why oil and gas is coming out your exhaust.
Dirty or stuck open needle valve in carburetor.
If you have gas in your oil pan, then you probaby have gas in your oil. if you have gas in your oil, then you either have bad piston rings, or a bad carburetor (or injectors if the engine is newer). The way to check if you have bad piston rings is to see if you're blowing blue smoke out of your exhaust.
Yes
If it's coming out the overflow pipe, then it's likely to be a sticking float.
Because the tube (hose) is defective and needs to be replaced. That tube is coming directly from the fuel filter being pumped by the fuel pump to the carburetor. Replace the tube/hose or you WILL have a major engine fire and/or huge KABOOM.
