Either inadequate input from a faulty charging system or a short. Be sure that all of the accessories are actually shutting off when the ignition is off. This may sound silly, but if you have children who ride in the rear seats, they can turn on lights in the rear seating areas and they remain on and and not detected in the daylight. ....results in drain down of battery. One other possibility is that the battery is just getting old and or the electrolyte level is too low - some had the non sealed batteries. Today's vehicles have a zillion items that draw power and the OEM batteries barely make it to 36 months.
