First check the Transmission Mount where it is located in the driver side of the engine under the battery seat. If good go for Scan check for electric circuit fault.. Last change the Automatic Transmission Fluid and clean or replace the ATF filter ask for kit which may contain 3 letters ATF... And Go Smooth I hope
To unlock the gears in the mill you have to jump on the haystack, then the giant gray thingamajigs, then to the wood thing with hay on it,then jump on the rope and the mill gears should be unlocked. GOOD LUCK!
Gears are worn
The timing chain or belt has worn and stretched to the point where it can jump over the gears/sprockets, in which case the engine would be pretty much powerless.
I(f it doesn't chatter when you first start out, the engine is probably hesitating. ==Alternate Answer== You should also check your engine/transmission mounts. If your mounts are broken, when you drop the clutch the engine will feel like it wants to jump out of the car. Other than that, check your fluids, drivetrain parts and remember that a new clutch grabs harder than a worn one.
The clutch (transmission release) is likely malfunctioning, then simple momentum will allow the transmission to jump gears. For standard transmission, check the clutch plate. For automatic transmissions, there is a misalignment caused by wear or failure.
loose bolt on distributer will allow distributer to move worn or stretched timing belt or chain can slip or jump out of timing broken tooth on timing gears If it's an older engine, with points, they just wear out.
you have a broken transmission mout
Possible but probably not.
Yes, if the timing chain or gears are worn, acceleration can cause the chain to jump.
Depends on why it's jumping. It might jump because chain and sprockets are too worn, it might jump because chain tension is too low, or if its a bike with external gears it might jump because the gears aren't adjusted properly. Have a look at www.parktool.com, www.sheldonbrown.com or www.biketutor.com and read more.
Transmission jumping hard is the malfunction causing check engine light to come on,most likely its the tcc solonoid causing this or a possibility of causing this.
