the inside bulbs are the high beams.
It might be the high/low beam switch. Had to replace one on my '96 when I had only low beams.
the low beam part of the bulb could be bad.
you may have a bad relay. If both of them are out, that is probably the relay for the high beams or it could also be a fuse.
Check your owners manual.
Normally caused by faulty dimmer switch.
As a guess both low beams are burnt out The daytime running and high beams are the same light filament. Or the fuse or the relay for the low beams.
I'd be looking at a faulty headlight or stalk switch.
It should either be on the dash board where you can turn your interior lights on or you should pull back on the directional to switch. Cars run with the low beams on and the high beams are switched to in the dark when you feel you need extra light. I feel bad for the people that have been coming in the other direction from this car if its high beams have been on constantly.
I think you have a faulty light switch or relay, if the bulbs / wiring are ok.
My head lights both went out at separate times, so i changed each bulb, now the high beams won't go off. Also the drivers side light is very dull.
Could be your idle valve
