Why would you have to pump the gas pedal during weather below 15 degrees in order for your truck to start - it is a 1994-throttle body injection?
I would check the fuel filter,fuel pump,or have your injectors cleaned, but pumping the gas is not helping on a throttle body all you are doing is giving it more gas which means you are going to flood it. You don't pump throttle body, you do the carburetor
