5w20 or 5w30 3 and 1/2 qts.
5W-30 works best in most climates.

they are all good, but quaker state 5w30 seems to have an edge

For the Legnum, 6A13TT, it's best to use Fully Synthetic Oils, preferably 5W30.
Any name brand 5w30 or 10w30. *5w30 is intended for lower temperature use, and 10w30 for higher temperatures. If you live somewhere that gets quite cold (as low as -30 C) you'll be best off using 5w30. For more temperate climates, 10w30 is a good choice.
