The durability between ceramic and porcelain tiles is that porcelain tires are more dense and are considered more durable and better suited for heavy wear than the ceramic tiles.

Ceramic sinks are nicer looking but less durable than sinks made from metals such as stainless steel. While metal sinks dent from accidents, dropping heavy objects on your ceramic sink can crack or chip it. Overall, metal sinks are better for a long-term use.
Black grease or dust on car rims its a brake dust the style of brake pad is primarily to blameThe 2 most common pad types that cause this problem are organic or semi-metallic.Non-Asbestos OrganicThis type of brake pad, commonly referred to as NAO, is made from organic materials such as fiber, glass, rubber and even Kevlar. These types of pads are usually softer and don't create much noise, but they tend to wear faster and create a lot of dust.Low-Metallic NAOThese are made primarily from an organic formula mixture with small amounts of copper or steel added to help with heat transfer and provide better braking. Because of the added metal, there is usually a considerable amount of brake dust and these pads are often noisy.Ceramic Brake PadsCeramic brake pads are composed primarily of ceramic fibers and other filler materials. While ceramic brake pads are usually more expensive than other types of pads, they are cleaner and produce much lower noise levels. Also, they provide for excellent braking and don't cause a lot of wear on the brake rotors.Replacing regular brake pads with ceramic brake pads, like a NiBK ceramic dust less brake pads will eliminate the appearance of heavy black dust on the rims.
The advantages are the it comes in a huge variety of looks and most ceramic tiles are very inexpensive and easily available, glazed ceramic tile also does not stain. The disadvantage is that ceramic tile can crack if hit with a heavy item.
Just any heavy duty brake fluid will do, even regular brake fluid is fine, but I prefer the heavy duty grade. Dot 3 or Dot 4 brake fluid.
i used bleach ,it is fantastic......the tiles looks like new again

I have a glazed ceramic pot in the garden that has a hard white lumps appearing on it , it may be coming from inside . I have tried removing it with heavy duty cleaners but no success. Any ideas?
I have heard that metal tiles are the best for supporting heavy weights. I would recommend metal tiles over ceramic, as the ceramic tiles would probably crack easily.
Disadvantages:Dimensional tolerances difficult to control during processing.Weak in tension.Poor shock resistance. Can crack when hit with heavy items.
