took me a while to find the flasher, it is jamed up, right behind the fuse block. you got to get a flash light in there to see it. before replacing, check your hazzards, if they are not working eigther, the flasher is probably not the problem. i checked the fuses, replaced the flasher, and still nothing. from my expiriance the steering colomn and its components are junk.
with in the fuse box,a roun flasher with in the fuse box,a roun flasher
Under the dash on the left of the steering column
FRONT SEATING AREA, DRIVER SIDE, UNDER DASH, MOUNTED ON PASSENGER SIDE OF STEERING COLUMN.
I am not 100% shure wear it is but am almost positive it is located above the fuse box under the left hand side of the steering wheele
It should be right there on the fuse box. If you still can't find it, try calling a service center at a GM dealer.
Unless there was a design change between 1995 and 1997 for it, the flasher is behind the dash where the steering column goes. It's hard to get at and harder to remove. They just can't make these things easy, can they? What you can do is start the signal and follow the sound of the flasher in order to find it.
No they are not. The hazard flasher should be located in the fuse panal. While the turn signal flasher is located behind the dash near the AC controls. Can be a pain to find and replace.
It's to the left of the steering column, behind the dashboard. It's a real pain to get at.
Already found the answer
The turn signal flasher is located under the left hand of the instrument panel, right of the steering column.
Where is the transmission solenoid located on a 1995 buick skylark custom?
Could be anything from a bad flasher, bulbs are out or the turn signal bulbs could have dirty contacts.
