Behind the engine is a dipstick labeled transmission fluid. Pull the stick out and pour in the tranny fluid with a funnel
You will have to remove the transmission pan that is on the bottom of the transmission to drain the fluid.
Most likely it will take mercon transmission fluid. Not to be confused with mercon V transmission fluid. To be sure pull the transmission stick out and read the side of the stick. It will tell you what fluid to use.

It does not have a drain plug. You have to remove the transmission pan from the bottom of the transmission to drain the fluid.

I have a 1994 chevy lumina and it takes 4 quarts of transmission fluid when totally empty.
The manual transmission does not have a dipstick , the fluid level is checked at the fill plug on the transmission
In the dip stick tube on the left side of the engine toward the back. It should be marked TRANSMISSION.
Start with 8qts. Run it - warm it up - shift it back and forth - leave running and top it off by the stick readings.
In the right frontbelow the main battery the stick are very small.
