Theres not one
Believe it or not on automatics there is no dip stick for trans. there is a plug on trans. like manuals have and it is checked that way
Some GM automatic equipped vehicles have a sealed transmission with no dip stick. Look in your owner's manual or call a GM dealer to be sure.
Where is oil dip stick on 2002 cavalier 2.4lt engine
not as far as i know, it has a sealed transmission !
If auto. Dipstick should be at the rear passenger side of the engine If you can't find the stick it might be because on the 4 speed auto trans models there is none, check your manual. It may be a sealed unit.
It dosent have any dip stick on it
on the top of the trans is a red cap it is for filling no dip stick is the problim there is a weired looking bolt look through the right side of the front tire and you see it you have to remove it and fill trans ontill the fluid runs out
where yo pull the dip stick marked tansmission, you put a funnel in it and pour until you have a full read on the dip stick, let it be known that people tell people who have a standard tranny that there is no tranny fluid. you should know that a manual trans does not have a filler. If your cavalier is an automatic tranny, you pull the dip stick marked transmission and put a funnel in place of it and pour until dip stck has a full reading.
2001 Malibu's have a sealed transmission. They don't have a dip stick.
It all pends on where its coming from. Put a piece of cardbroad on your floor to find out where the leak comes from. It could be from the dip stick, the pan gasket, and where the motor meets the trans. Just take it in, have a pro fix it for you.
There isn't one.
