if its a305,or 350 it is located intake by the thermostat housing.or in the t-stat housing
The 1989 Chevrolet 350 cubic inch engine coolant sensor is located on the front of the engine. The coolant sensor will be near the thermostat housing.
The crank position sensor is located by the crank shaft on a ford 350 xl 5.8 liter.

It is in the drivers side head between the first 2 spark plugs.
possibly two locations lower block on passengers side and driver side head between the front spark plugs

upon the transmission
the temp sensor is on the driver side of the engine block next to the exhaust manifold.
Could be the temp sensor..there could also be an oil pressure sensor at the top, back,or the block.
fords don't have a 350 the 350 is a Chevy motor
Does your vehicle have the LT1? if so there is no crank sensor.. there is an optic sensor in the distributor that controls all..
