Where is the neutral safety switch on the 1999 Nissan Sentra Special Edition?

On the bottom of the transmission, Front of the car, driver's side, attached to the shifter linkage.
With the hood open, look down below the battery. You will see the shifter linkage.
The neutral safety is attached to the transmission with 3- 8mm bolts.
You can also find this by following the shifter linkage or having someone shift the car from park to neutral while watching for the shifter arm moving back and forth on the side of the transmission.
