Most models of Kenworth have it in the kick panel on the driver's side.

Remove the glove compartment, and it'll expose the primary fuse and relay panel.

The fuse panel is located under the sterriing wheel up against the fire wall.
Behind the kick panel at the back of the driver's side footwell.
Either in the fuse panel to the left of the clutch, or behind the dash on the passenger side.
Depends on year and model. Normally, there's a fuse and relay box behind the kick panel on the driver's side. On more current production models, the fuse panel for the chassis nodes and such will be under the hood on the left side of the vehicle. On the T680, there's an additional fuse panel for the sleeper components, and that can be located through the left side sidebox.
Need to know model. Other than that, a typical Kenworth fuse panel will have a fuse for relay power, and the relays will be multiplexed (although I can't say if this would hold true for a 93 model). If it's only the reverse lamps, and no other systems are affected, your problem is more likely the reverse switch or faulty wiring than a fuse or relay.

In my 2009 it is under the back seat. There is probably also a second fuse panel in the engine compartment. Consult your owner's manual for details.
