THE FUSE FOR THE HORN ON A 1996 PLYMOUTH NEON IS LOCATED UNDER THE HOOD.THERE IS A BLACK PLASTIC BOX ON LEFT END OF THE ENGINE. THAT IS THE FUSE BOX.THE IS A FUSE BOX THAT CONTAINS FUSES AND RELAYS. ON THE INSIDE OF THE LID IS A DIAGRAM SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE INDIVUAL FUSES AND RELAYS. .
Under the hood in the fuse block
The horn on a 2000 Plymouth Neon is located at the front of the engine compartment near the headlights. It is trigger through a press of the steering wheel like most other vehicles.
You have to replace the fuse for it You have to replace the fuse for it
You just pull out the Horn relay/fuse.
the horn fuse for the 97 Plymouth breeze is on the driverside of the dash. open the door and you will see a panel on the end of the dash. pull off the fuse is on the top row last yellow fuse (next to steering wheel).
replace the clock spring

The switch and fuse housing in front of the battery
there is a relay.Its under the hood in a fuse box on the drivers side. There is one for the fuel pump,one for the auto-shutoff, and one for the horn. You can get a new one for 10 bucks at autozone.
check if there is a fuse box under your hood. That's where mine is but it is a 97.
