Yes, each of the front heated seats has it own fuse. Fuseblock is under the rear seat.
Fuse # 55- 25 amp.
Check the fuse. 12 years as a Honda mechanic and I have never replace one of the seat belt motors. Always an electric problem. Check all the fuse because the seat belt does not have its own fuse.
Look in the fuse box located under the rear seat on the drivers side.
right hand side in front of rear seat no f13 20amp

owners manual states that The rear fuse block under rear seat -position # 5 controls Mem Seat Module, Drivers Seat Switch, Drivers Lumbar SW Gently pull up on front of rear seat cushion to release front hooks and lift up and out forward. Be careful not to damage fuse center
most of the time you can tap on the front motor under the seat, lower front and it will work temporary you must pull seat out to replace motor
Underneath the rear seat on the driver's side ...pull up at the front of the rear seat and it will easily come out.
In the fuse box under the rear seat. Pull the seat up from the front (2 clips behind each of the front seats) and remove. Don't forget about the seat's electrical connector on the passenger side if you have heated read seats. The fuse box in on the drivers side of the vehicle. The 'Run' relay (position number 3) is the heated seat relay.
