does a 2004 mitsubishi eclipse had a fuel shut off switch
There is no such thing. The pump runs off a relay. There is a fuel pump shut off relay. If the ecm sees a fault in the system, it will shut off the pump to prevent damage or fire.
bad switch off the steering column.
It doesn't have one. That is a Ford thing.
the fuel relay is located on the firewall on the drivers side in a bank of 3 relays its the one closest to passenger side
Under the back sit... Take off the back sit and you will see it
Because Mitsubishi Eclipse 1996 doesn't have automatic headlights.
I have the same problem on my Mitsubishi Eclipse RS 1995. Seems to be a problem in Map sensor. I was also told it might be the ECU
If it's just one way and it wont shut off then its probably just to turn signal switch.
Where is the fuel shut off on 2002 aztek
On most vehicles... FUEL PUMP SHUT-OFF SWITCH After a collision, if the engine cranks but does not start, the fuel pump shut-off switch may have been activated. The "Fuel Reset" indicator light will illuminate in the instrument cluster. The shut-off switch is a device intended to stop the electric fuel pump when your vehicle has been involved in a substantial jolt. 1. Turn the ignition to the OFF position. 2. Check the fuel system for leaks. 3. If no fuel leak is apparent, reset the fuel pump shut-off switch by pushing in the reset button. 4. Turn the ignition to the ON position. Pause for a few seconds and return the key to the OFF position. 5. Make a further check for leaks in the fuel system. Roadside emergencies The fuel pump shut-off switch is located in the passenger's foot well, behind the kick panel.
