I believe that one is under your hood in the large power center (driver side). If fuse is OK keep in mind these models have had their share of fuel pump problems. Good luck.
There is no fuse on this model. There is a relay that is in the fuse/relay box under the hood on the drivers side of the vehicle. There is no way to test the actual relay, but you can use another relay of the same type (I believe it is a five pin- any five pin would work). Alternatively, I had to replace the fuel pump on mine not long ago (aprox 121,640 miles). Now I will probably get a response to this that if replacing the fuel pump, you should replace the harness first, but I did not replace the harness, and it worked fine. In my case, it was ONLY the pump, NOT the harness. Best of luck!
Fuel pump
the fuel pump on your 96 Tahoe 4x4 is locateed in the fuel tank.
Your 1996 Toyota Camry fuel pump fuse can be found in the fuse box. The fuel pump fuse will be in the first column, third from the bottom.
It is under the hood on the drivers side. The Fuel Pump fuse and Relay are located in that fuse block. The fuel pump fuse is # 20 and the relay is located below fuse # 25. The ECU fuse is # 56 which also controls the fuel pump.
THE # 1 IS
No, tank has to be removed.
It should be for the fuel pump.
Yes, it has a fuse and a relay. Look in the fuse/relay center under the hood.
possible, also a fuse or a mal-functioned pump.
Probably a bad fuel pump. Disconnect the wiring harness at the fuel pump and put in a new fuse. If it doesn't blow and you have 12 volts at the pump with the key on, replace the pump. If your fuse still blows, you have a short in the wiring somewhere.
NO. But you can remove the fuel pump fuse are relay to shut the pump off.
Need to check Fuel pump relay and fuel pump fuse. Also need to check fuel pump pressure. Is there fuel in the tank, Gauge may be lieing to you.
