It is under the truck in the frame rail and it takes special tools available cheap at the parts store. First you need to obtain a Fuel Line Removal Tool 310-S039 (T90T-9550-S). Then 1. Relieve the fuel pressure. Find the Schrader valve on the passenger side fuel line going into intake manifold, remove cap and use a small pointed object to depress the valve. 2. Disconnect the safety clips from the male hose end going into each end of the fuel filter. 3. Install the fuel line disconnect tool and push into the fitting. 4. Separate the fittings. Inspect for damage. Clean the fittings. To Connect 1. Note: Lubricate the tube end with clean engine oil meeting Ford specification WSS-M2C153-F to ease assembly. 2. Align and push the tube into the fitting until you hear a click. 3. Pull on the fitting to make sure it is fully engaged, then install safety clip.
