Price this sensor out at any GM dealer and ask them to print out a picture of the part; this will show you the location of it on your engine. This is a free service. Mark OR The MAP semsor is located on the passenger side of the engine in from of the intake manifold (which is the black plastic/composite housing also referred to as the plenum). There are two wires and a little connector leading to it. Below this is another plastic apparatus which you can turn counter clockwise using a 15mm socket once the MAP sensor has been removed. Under here you will find your PCV valve. Make sure when changeing the PCV valve that you replace the O-ring and don't forget that it goes on the new PCV valve starting from the bottom. Another way to describe it is this. Hold the O-ring in the palm of your hand then push the new PCV valve into it. When you got to place the new PCV valve and O-ring back into the housing you will need a small screw driver or blunt tool to tuck the O-ring back into place otherwise it won't go down all the way and be into place. This will cause the plastic unit not to go in properly. Pay close attention to the way your originally removed the plastic housing. It will fit when replaced either way, but the MAP sensor will not sit horizontal or be clipped in the right way.

After consulting several sources, someone finally called a local Buick dealer who informed me that a 1990 LeSabre does NOT have a map sensor, it was the Mass Air Flow sensor that needs replacing.
Don't think yours will have a MAP sensor. It will have a MAF sensor, and it is attached to the air filter housing.
According to my Chilton manual, page 4-22, the MAP sensor is used on 96 thru 99 LeSabres/Bonnevilles/Eighty-eights, not 95's.
Trouble code P0108 means: MAP Sensor Circuit High Input
I own a 2000 Buick Lesabre with 164,00 on it. I am on my 2nd map sensor in less than 2 years. But if buying this part is all I have to do for my 13 year old gem I am happy.
