The fuse that is marked heater.
That's controlled by the blend door, not by a fuse.
The heater and air conditioning fan fuse can be found in the fuse box. The fuse will be in the first column, second from the bottom.
HCAC fuse should be under the hood
It's the 7.5 amp fuse in the number 10 spot.
That fuse controls the heater blower motor. That same motor is also used for the air conditioning. So if you want those to work you will need that fuse installed.
If the fuse that controls the PCM relay for the fuel heater on a 1999 diesel keeps burning out, perhaps there is a short somewhere in the wiring. There is also a possibility that the ground wire for the fuel heater is no longer attached to the frame.

UNDER THE DASH BY THE EMERGENCY BRAKE IN THE FUSE BOX ON THE RIGHT HAND BOTTOM SIDE A FLAT FUSE TITLED HEATER.
Should be 4 senors. 3 on driver and 1 on passanger
It's one of the fuses under the hood on the passenger side.It's a 30 amp fuse as I recall
In the power distribution box under the hood. There is also a relay there that controls the fan. and last but not least, there is a resistor that controls all fan speeds.
