Its a large white thing located at the top of your fuse box. That can be by removing the cabinet thing under the wheel (by pushing sides in, and pulling out). Then you'll need a flat head screwdriver to turn the plastic nut things to the open position. Take that off, and you should see a fuze plate. Put that towards you from the bottle. Should be the very top right (on right-hand drive) fuze.
To change out the flasher unit on a Holden Astra you must remove the back panel of the rear unit and access the bulbs. If the bulb in the flasher is not broken then you may need to replace the flasher relay system.
The flasher relay unit is under a black case on the passenger side firewall. To get into it you need to remove the plastic wiper surround to be able to access the screws.
