search the automotive section here under cavalier. the horn is under the fencer front, and a switch is heard under dash.
The horn should be located just under the driver side headlight.
Under the steering column is a fuse center, the horn fuse is usually found here.
It's in the under dash fusebox. there should be a diagram on the fusebox cover labeling which one is for the horn.
the horn relay for the 2002 Neon is located under the hood. It is inside of the relay box, the lid should tell you which relay is for the horn.

replace the horn relay if that isn't the problem i would have horn button/switch checked
To find the horn relay on a 1987 Ford Ranger, look along the steering column under the dash. Here you will find the speed control amplifier bracket, which is what the horn relay is connected to.
The most common horn problems are either a blown fuse or a bad horn relay. Both should be located under the hood in the fuse box.

The actually horn should be right behind your grill, look under the hood latch. mines a 96 and that's where it is
