IF the steering wheel was turned all the way, then turned off U will have 2 use some force 2 turn the wheel as 2 take the pressure off the locking mechanism- just hold down hard on the steering wheel & u should b able 2 turn the key.Try one way then the other-U will feel the resistance one way.
