if your truck was out of oil and you ran it it probably threw a rod. it makes a fast ticking sound and it comes from under the valve cover. that is most likely what happened
it all depends on the loudness and where the sound is coming from, it can range from a loose bolt to bad connecting rod bearings
The most common cause of lifters knocking is low oil pressure.
Having a bad rod bearing could cause a truck to make a loud knocking noise and shake when driving at high speeds. The engine having a coolant leak or an engine timing problem could also cause the knocking noise.
You will have to replace it. The bearings are worn out in the blower motor.
A higher octane gas or an after market octane booster. But, if your car/truck is knocking, then something is wrong, either your timing is too far advanced or something more in depth..
