0W30 or 5w30
0w30
0w30 synthetic

Castrol edge 0W30
!0w30 is the weight of the oil in the cars. It starts at 10 and goes to 30 as it heats up.
castrol syntec 0w30 or mobile1 0w40 both are LL-1 BMW approved oil.
Use Oil that meets 229.5 specifications, my preference is Mobil 1 0W-40 European Car Formula fully synthetic. There is also castrol syntec 0w30 aka german castrol. mobil1 0w40 can be found at almost any autoparts store or walmart, whereas castrol syntec 0w30 can be found at autozone. I know Honda says to use 5w20. I was wondering myself about using a heavier oil though, maybe 5w30, or switching to semi-synthetic 0w30....any experts care to comment?
