Apparently the Rings on the pistons are worn and letting oil by where it is ignited along with the gas in the cylinder when the piston comes up to top dead center. Another possibility is that your valve seals are bad and letting oil seep around them. I would bet rings, start pulling spark-plugs and see which have been oil burnt.
