Red, 5 year, HOAT type
Green color antifreeze meeting Ford specification ESE-M97B44-A ( it came from the factory with a 50 / 50 mix of distilled water and the GREEN color antifreeze )
Sounds like you'll need to remove the pipe from the manifold.
depends on what kind you buy , you can buy premixed (already has water added ) or just plane antifreeze ,then you need to mix it 50/50 with water
Red five year, hoat type

diesel engines don't have spark plugs. they have very high compression cylinders that don't need the application of spark to fire, just compression of fuel and air.
I was looking at the 2004 Ford F-350 diesel supplement and it shows that the engine cooling system capacity is 27.5 U.S. quarts ( that includes the heater and the 5 quarts in the reservoir ) It came from the factory with a 50 / 50 mix of distilled water and antifreeze So for a 50 / 50 mix you would need approximately ( 3.5 gallons of antifreeze )
