This is because the tail light bulb has a different element in the bulb. Just replace the bulb and that will fix the problem.
make sure u got a twin lement bulb one element is for tail light other is for brake light sounds like u just put wrong bulb in
check brake light switch
you don't replace the tail light you just replace the bulb in it
??? Your brakelights are only supposed to come on when using the brakes. Do you mean that your TAIL LIGHTS don't work? Hey Jose==Your TAIL lights may have a fuse blown or something could be wrong with the head light switch. You just have to check it out. GoodluckJoe The tail light bulb has two filaments in it. One for the tail light and one for the brake light. The brake light part is still connected but the one for the tail light is broken. All of this is inside the bulb. Happens all the time. Just need to replace the tail light bulb.
You can not, you will have to replace the entire tail light.
He doesnt really affect the dog it just means you can see it wag its cute lil tail
Probably the wrong voltage
No, it is a brake light.
Perhaps the best thing for you to do is get quotes directly from shops. Without knowing exactly what your issue with the tail light is, the best we can do is guess at what it is and the corresponding repair cost.
it doesnt
Have you checked your bulbs ? The tail light / brake light bulb has 2 wires inside it In my case I have had to change each bulb because the brake light portion did not work but the tail light portion of the bulb did ( I'm assuming that your front park lights are working )
