My OBD reader Code Book does not show any codes between 025 and 029, Neither does my friend's who has a different make OBD reader. There are several places in the book where there are gaps in code numbers. If the vehicle is running right and no other codes are indicated, I wouldn't worry about it, Just erase the code.

P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Bank one is drivers side. Sensor 1 is the one closest to the engine.
