Not on the same axle.
yes. it will make your speedometer a little off, but they will work.
all season radials usually have 215-65R-15 tire size. Other sizes that also work are 205-70R-15 or 205-75R-15
a 245/70R 16 tire has a diameter of 29.5 a 225/75R 16 tire has a diameter of 29.3 which is only .2 inches larger on overall diameter. I ran a 245/70R 16 on my 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee, with only a slight problem which occurred when I turned the front wheel all the way to the right or left. I would rub the inner fender. The 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee I own used a 225/75R 16 as the factory tire size

This model offered two different wheel sizes. 15" and 16" the 15" is 235/75R/15 the 16" is 245/70R/16
Yes, as long as you convert the size correctly. For instance if you have a 205/75-15 then you would need to install a 215/70-15 to keep the same ratios as the OEM tire. Click the link to figure the correct size you will need.
235/75r/16 255/70r/16
The tire size for a 1990 Plymouth Voyager van is P195/75R-14. At least that is what mine came with. I currently have P205/70R-14 installed. Check the tag on the Drivers door for the original size installed on yours.
YES, no problem.
