DON'T TOUCH IT.It is a type of acid, so it can be extremely harmful to touch. First get an old rag that you don't care about (but can still use)and gently blot the battery acid.
DON'T SMEAR IT.
Then put the old rag in a disposable bag and throw away. Just to be safe, make sure the bag is sealed tightly. Then dispose of the bag in your large garbage can. That is what you should do. DO THIS RIGHT.
Use a mixture of baking soda and water.
If it is spilled in the trunk, start by mixing baking soda with water and pouring it on the acid spill to neutralize it.
You will ruin the battery.
Water or acid.
You will die.
It's not battery acid, it's mostly condensation, just have it dripping towards the ground. Good Luck!!!
The battery would lose its acid.
it will cause a chemical reaction between the two materials
bicarb neutralizes acid very effectively but before that hose the area down with lots of water to dilute it and get rid of most of it if that is possible.
The acid turns to water. Batteries will freeze in cold weather if they are discharged. When the battery is charged, the water turns back to acid.
A battery acid is a variety of acid used as an electrolyte in a battery - usually sulphuric acid.
It could kill you
