I would suggest that as you are asking this question, you have a cigarette lighter-less 206 or have seen a few around. The simple answer is no, not all 206's have cigarette lighters. They do have a plug behing the blanking plate that a peugeot cigarette lighter will plug into, or you can easily (and cheaply) fit a universal aftermarket one with a hole saw and some crimp connectors. Some are also supplied with the socket but not the actual insertable plug (the bit that gets hot) in which case you can get one from most reputable breakers yards.

Take the ashtray out and remoive the 4 screws you see there. Then, take the stereo out and remove the other two screws that hold the faceplate on. Remove the knobss off the heating/cooling controls. Slide the face plate off and guide the heater controls through the opening. You now have a clear view and easy access tothe back of the cigarette lighter assembly. Unplug the electrical connector and unscrew the locknut from behind the cigarette lighter receptacle. The whole assembly should come out along with the small rectagular metal plate that goes around the receptacle. If you have very small hands and you have three of them, you can also remove the lighter by going up behind the console by hump on the driver's side. Good luck! And, good luck finding a replacement. New ones can cost as much as $70! K
