The warning chime is on the instrument cluster. It needs to be disassembled to get to, and it cannot be disabled because it is tied in to the instrument cluster.
Cluster means all the gauges and warning lights on a vehicle i.e. fuel gauge,temp gauge speedometer, odometer, oil pressure warning lights etc.
It is in the dashboard cluster along with all the other warning lights.
Verbal warning, written warning, suspension, termination.
