∙ 12y agoCoolant has mixed with the oil. Normally caused by a blown head gasket. This will destroy the engine if not repaired immediately.

Could well be the mainshaft bearings getting worn.
If by motor you mean the engine. If the car is running and it's not making much noise turn in the a/c in the car and if the noise gets worse I would replace your air conditioning pp
the starter is bad.
The most likely problem is the blower motor making the noise. It may be necessary to remove the box to find the noise for sure.
Single phase motor winding is often checked just by listening to the noise that the motor is making. An experienced person can tell if the motor is working at single phase or double phase.
check the oil
It may need oil? Or motor needs rebuilt.
There are many causes of such whistling noise coming from a motor. These includes but are not limited to:A broken brusher rubbing against the commutator.Loose bearingsA damaged armature winding rubbing against the field windings.
dc motors generate more noise.
