No, because... the loose air in your tire acts upon as a shock absorber. If you set them to max PSI it will be a more bumpier ride. And also when they are not filled all of the way they get better traction. I'm not saying to let all of the air out of your tires but don't fill them all of the way up. dont do that it could be dangerous for you and others inflate them only as recommended by the manufacturer of your car
For the tires? It should tell you the max tire pressure on the sidewall of your tire. it should say max psi. Don't put more than the max psi. you should put less.
If you open up the fuel door the tire psi information is in there. I have a 2001 VW Beetle and my tire psi should be between "28 to a MAX of 38 psi.
look on the side wall of the tire for max psi that is the tire pressure
Max Load 2520 lbs, Max Inflation Pressure 50 psi.
35 to 37 psi ..... 7 pounds under max PSI. Because Max is 44 tire pressure. Remember the hotter the tire the higher the pressure. A good range is 7 under Max. So the tire can heat up to just under max.
You should inflate the tire to the pressure recommended on the label on the drivers door jamb of the vehicle, not the max press on the tire. * the maker of the car did not make your tires. The number on the door is not for the best tire ware it was for the best ride quility. You should refer to the tire manufacturer. They recomend in most cases 3 to 5 pounds from the max tire pressure.
The recommended tire pressure for a vehicle can usually be found on a sticker in the drivers door jamb or in the owners manual. The PSI posted on the sidewall of the tire is the max PSI rated for that tire by the tire manufacturer.
you need to check your tires. there should be a section on the tire that will list what tire pressure to run at max load. keep in mind that unless you haul stuff you will rarely be at max load. a great rule of thumb to increase both the tire life, and fuel mileage is to always run 4-5 psi lower than max load. so if the tire says 35 psi, you should run 30 psi to 31 psi. if you do not trust any of the answers you get on here, email the tire manufacturer. they are often very willing to talk about their tires. good luck. -----muddyninja1-----
look at the side of the tires that are on it . There it will tell you the max. psi.
it has to say on the tire it should say something like MAX tire pressure 32(PSI) on most passenger cars thats the tire pressure but just to be sure check your tire
I would say 35-40 psi. You can also look along the side of the tire for the Max Psi and set it 10 Psi below that number.
check the tire... it has a recomemdation on how much psi you should put and a max you shouldn't pass.
