On a 2002 Ford Mustang : ( fuse # 1 ) is a 20 amp fuse for the cigarette lighter * in the fuse panel below and to the left of the steering wheel , by the brake pedal ( it has a cover on it ) *

Should be the parking/tailight/dash light fuse
It actually has two. One is in the fuse box. (fuse#20 15amp fuse) The other one is the box in the engine compartment. It should say "conv. top" It is a 30 amp fuse. I hope this help you. Good luck.
