no there is just the one washer fluid bottle. if the rear one isn't working chances are pipe or nozzle is blocked
In the 1999 Odyssey it is located in the base of the washer reservoir.
it is inserted into a rubber grommet at the bottom of the washer reservoir [bottle].
Have you tried filling the wash fluid reservoir?
No, the fluid is piped to the rear window from the main reservoir in the engine compartment. The pump for the rear window is also located in the engine compartment - the pumps for both the front and rear windows aree contained in the same housing.
It is located within the washer fluid reservoir housing - it supplies both the windshield spray heads and the rear window spray head. There is not a sepearte sump for each.
The reservoir is located right behind the front fender on the driver's side. Remove the wheel well liner and then remove the screws from the fender. Unscrew and remove the windshield washer reservoir. Replace it with the new one and repeat the steps in reverse.
There is no separate rear window washer reservoir. All the sprayers draw fluid from the same under-hood reservoir. The rear window fluid is piped to the back via tubing. All washers use the same under-hood pump also. It is a two stage pump (i.e.: one pump feeds the windshield and the other pump feeds the rear hatch). Unfortunately, they are housed in the same unit and when one part of the pump fails the entire unit must be replaced.
I am just working on my Civic 1997 and I have found it on the reservoir. On mine the reservoir is on the left side under the fender. You have to remove the fence. Then I saw the reservoir, I pull on the pump which is just fit in a rubber ring. Sorry for my English.

(1) Make sure that there is washer fluid in the reservoir (2) lift the hood and have someone activate the washer pump - look at the washer fluid hoses to see if any of them are leaking or spurting fluid (3) it's possible that debris has gotten into the reservoir and plugged the sprayer nozzles (4) the pump may be defective - even though the electric motor runs the pump mechanism itself may have failed.
